SILPO RETAILER TO OPEN A SUPERMARKET IN KIEV BY OCTOBER 2013
In July-September 2013, Fozzy Group (Kiev), the biggest group of companies in the Ukrainian food retail market schedules to open a Silpo supermarket in the Silver Breeze retail and office centre (Retail and Office Center) at the intersection of Dneprovskaya Embankment and D. Serafimovich Street and P. Tychina Street in Kiev’s Dneprovsky District.
According to a press release by Jones Lang LaSalle Ukraine (JLL), acting as exclusive leasing agent for the retail space at the centre, finishing work is being completed in the supermarket.
Retail and office Center “Silver Breeze”, which is developed by Svitland Ukraine LLC, a part of Fishman Group (Israel), with the total area of 75,700 sq. m., consists of a three-storey commercial centre with a leasable area of 15,000 sq. m., two five- and seven-storey class B+ office buildings of 23,600 sq. m. and a two-level underground parking garage.
The commercial portion of the centre will include a supermarket, clothing stores, stores for perfume and cosmetics, household goods, children’s supermarket and pharmacy, dry-cleaner’s, coffee shops, restaurants, a food court, etc.
